Provided site design and civil engineering services for a 1,680,000 SF regional warehouse distribution center situated on 160 acres. The warehouse and office/flex space complex consists of five individual buildings on four separate subdivided lots. A public roadway was relocated to accommodate the development. The project includes 740 parking spaces, loading docks, and 810 trailer parking spaces, with seven stormwater management basins.
Other services included geotechnical engineering, concept plans, Phase I environmental assessment, NJDEP permitting, soil erosion, sanitary sewer, potable water facilities, boundary and topographic surveys, traffic impact study, landscaping, lighting, and roadway improvements.
