At the request of the City of Bradenton Beach, Colliers Engineering & Design provided professional services to complete the Master Drainage Study Update as required by the Florida Department of Environmental Protection (FDEP).

As required by the FDEP, the Master Drainage Study for the City is to be updated periodically. To complete this update report, our professionals conducted an inspection of the entire municipal stormwater collection, treatment, and conveyance systems. The inspection data was reviewed with the City to identify and prioritize future drainage improvement projects. Preliminary design and cost estimates were completed for all the future drainage projects identified with the City and added into the report. Regulatory requirements were identified and addressed in the updated study. The project was completed within the required FDEP regulatory timeline.
