Scott D. Cortese, PE Joins Bridges & Structures Division

Headquarters, RED BANK, NJ – Maser Consulting PA, a national multi-discipline consulting and engineering design firm is pleased to announce Scott D. Cortese, PE has joined the team as a Senior Project Manager with the Bridges and Structural Design service division.

Mr. Cortese has a broad base of design knowledge acquired through nearly two decades of experience in the business of consulting engineering, specifically as it relates to providing expert professional services to major regional clients, including NYSDOT, NJDOT, NJTransit, PANYNJ, NYCDOT, TBTA, FDOT, DRPA, and various New York/New Jersey counties. His expertise encompasses structural design, emergency repair, rehabilitation, and construction support services for fixed and movable bridge projects.

“Scott brings a wealth of agency experience specifically with bridge design projects,” stated Richard C. Maloney, PE, Department Manager of the Structural Group at Maser Consulting. “As a project manager, he will oversee an interdisciplinary team for these projects.”

Additionally, Mr. Cortese has experience with design-bid-build (DBB), design-build (DB), and public-private partnership (P3) contracts. He will be working from the firm’s offices in Hamilton and Red Bank, NJ.
