Strategic Telecom Expert Lauren McNeill, PMP, Bringing Her Expertise to Raleigh, NC

Colliers Engineering & Design is pleased to welcome Lauren McNeill, PMP as Department Manager in the firm’s Raleigh office. With over fourteen years of comprehensive experience in telecommunications project management and leadership, McNeill brings exceptional expertise spanning both operator and consulting environments to drive strategic growth and operational excellence throughout the region.

A graduate with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from North Carolina State University (2010) and currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration from Western Governors University, McNeill has built her career mastering every facet of telecommunications infrastructure development. Most recently serving as Lead Project Manager at US Cellular Corporation since November 2020, she has overseen front-end services operations across 890+ sites annually while serving as AZP Room Captain for Midband, CRAN, and New Build programs. Prior to her operator experience, McNeill spent nine years with Tower Engineering Professionals, advancing from Project Engineer to Program Manager, developing deep expertise in tower inspections and A&E while leading cross-functional teams.
