Highway & Traffic Engineering hires strategic Department Manager in Pennsylvania

Colliers Engineering & Design is pleased to welcome Juli Wolfe, PE, MBA as Department Manager in the firm’s Conshohocken office. With over 30 years of comprehensive experience in transportation infrastructure, project management, and PennDOT program delivery. Wolfe brings exceptional expertise in highway, bridge, and enhancement projects to drive strategic growth and operational excellence throughout Pennsylvania.

Most importantly, Juli has strong leadership skills to help us strengthen and grow our Pennsylvania team!” said Adam Allen, National Discipline Leader, Highway & Traffic Engineering.

A graduate with a Bachelor of Civil Engineering from Villanova University (1994) and an MBA in Business Administration from Saint Joseph’s University (2001), Wolfe has built her career mastering every facet of transportation project delivery. Most recently serving as Senior Project Manager at RETTEW since March 2018, where she managed complex infrastructure projects as well as smaller municipal projects requiring extensive stakeholder coordination and regulatory compliance. Wolfe’s expertise spans all aspects of the project lifecycle, from preliminary engineering through final design.

An active leader in the American Society of Highway Engineers (ASHE), Wolfe served as President of the East Penn Section (2018-2019) and recently completed her term as the Education Committee Chair for the Delaware Valley Section (2021-2025), demonstrating her commitment to advancing the profession and mentoring the next generation of transportation professionals. “I’m thrilled to start this next phase of my career at Colliers Engineering & Design. And thankful for this opportunity and look forward to collaborating with such an accomplished team on meaningful projects,” said Wolfe.
