ITE Metropolitan Section Honors Adam Allen and Keith Hall
Hamilton, NJ – Maser Consulting PA, a multidiscipline consulting and engineering design firm, is pleased to announce Adam Allen P.E., PTOE, TSOS, IMSA II and Keith Hall, PE, PTOE, LEED AP, STP, IMSA II are being honored at the Institute of Transportation Engineers Metropolitan Section of NY/NJ meeting on January 16, 2019 at Club 101 in Manhattan. Made up of almost 17,000 professionals, the ITE is an international organization. Its New York/New Jersey subdivision seeks to improve safety and meet the needs of its specific community.
Lynn A. LaMunyon, P.E., PTOE, IMSA II, Senior Principal and Leader of Maser Consulting’s Transportation Discipline noted, “I have worked with both Adam and Keith from the time they were interns in college, and now as part of the Maser Hamilton Transportation Discipline where they have worked for the Firm for almost 9 years.” She continued, “I am so proud of their accomplishments and that they are receiving the recognition they very much deserve.”
Traffic Engineering & ITS Discipline Leader Adam Allen won the Ivor S. Wisepart Transportation Engineer Award, which is presented to an engineer who has made significant continuing contributions to the field. He has over 15 years of traffic and transportation experience and has served as President of the ITE Metropolitan Section of New York and New Jersey in 2013. Allen has received several professional honors in his career including the 2018 ITE International Young Member of the Year, 2018 ITE Northeastern District Rising Star, 2017 Rising Star, Civil + Structural Engineer, 2016 ITE Met Section Young Professional of the Year, 2015 NJBIZ’s Forty Under 40, 2015 ITE Past Presidents’ Award for Merit in Transportation, and the 2015 ITSNJ Outstanding Young Professional Award.
Senior Project Manager Keith Hall won the Young Professional Award. This honor recognizes young ITE members who make noteworthy contributions to the technical application of transportation planning and/or engineering and who have been a visible volunteer within the organization. To be considered, the applicant must be under the age of 35 at the time of the November Annual meeting, where the award winner is announced. Hall has received several professional honors in his career including 2011 ITE Northeastern District Student Paper Award and the 2017 ITSNJ Outstanding Young Professional Award.
