Colliers Engineering & Design Welcomes Douglas White as Civil/Site Department Manager

Colliers Engineering & Design is pleased to welcome Douglas White, EIT as Civil/Site Department Manager in the firm’s Lehigh Valley office, reporting to David Wilson, Geographic Discipline Leader of Civil/Site Development. With nearly 20 years of comprehensive experience in land development and civil engineering, White brings exceptional technical expertise and proven leadership capabilities to drive the firm’s continued growth throughout Pennsylvania.
A Penn State University graduate with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering and a minor in Environmental Engineering, White has spent his career mastering all aspects of the land development process. Most recently serving as Project Manager & Senior Technical Manager at Van Cleef Engineering in Bethlehem, PA since 2017, he has led multidisciplinary design teams from project conception through construction completion. Prior to that, White spent 12 years as Project Manager at Lehigh Engineering Associates in Walnutport, PA.

Throughout his career, White has successfully managed numerous high-profile projects across the region. Notable developments include the Hills at Winchester residential subdivision and active adult community in South Whitehall Township, the Fields at Indian Creek active adult community in Upper Milford Township, and the 450,000 square foot Airport Road Commercial Park warehouse in East Allen Township. His expertise spans stormwater design, site grading, roadway design, NPDES permitting, and construction administration.
