Provided planning and design services for the 400 acre Washington Town Center. The development included several residential housing types, commercial/retail town center, open space and neighborhood park design along with numerous streetscape designs for both the residential and commercial components.
The residential streetscape primarily consisted of street trees, decorative street lights, sidewalk composed of various materials, crosswalks, fencing and plant material. The commercial streetscape along Route 33 included all of the residential features with the addition of outdoor plaza areas and street furniture.
