Right-of-Way Project Manager, Jared Estes

Atlanta, GA – Maser Consulting PA, a multidiscipline consulting and engineering design firm, is pleased to announce Jared Estes has joined the firm as Right-of-Way Project Manager. Maser Consulting is a national, multidiscipline consulting and engineering design firm serving both public and private clients.

Mr. Estes’ responsibilities include business development in Georgia for right-of-way projects and negotiation and project management as relating to land acquisition for transportation design projects. He will be working from the firm’s Atlanta location. Mr. Estes has a background as a state employee and private sector consultant for the Georgia Department of Transportation.
