Provided civil/site development services for the Freightliner Office/Warehouse development, which consisted of a subdivision and site plan for a commercial trucking service company. The project consisted of a 20,000 SF truck leasing support facility building, truck parking and circulation area, parking, and one stormwater management basin on approximately 11.7 acres.
