The Ellsworth Road project delivered vital infrastructure improvements across 1.5 miles of roadway in Mesa, Arizona, enhancing Ellsworth Road, Warner Road, and Starfire Avenue for an industrial developer. This comprehensive undertaking included installing complete underground utilities (sewer, water, storm drains, electrical, and communication systems) alongside surface improvements such as sidewalks, landscaping, paving, street lighting, and traffic signals. These enhancements were strategically designed to support future industrial development while integrating with existing infrastructure.
