North Airport Road Water Campus & Well Improvements

Buckeye, AZ

The Phase 1 Expansion of the North Airport Road Water Campus represents a comprehensive initiative to enhance water treatment capabilities and ensure long-term infrastructure reliability. Currently, the project involves installing two additional arsenic filter vessels, recirculation pumps, and day tank booster pumps, alongside constructing a reclaim tank with all necessary appurtenant piping. Simultaneously, work progresses on outfitting an offsite well and installing approximately 1,400 linear feet of 24-inch DIP raw water transmission main—critical components in modernizing the water supply system.

Throughout this process, our team provides rigorous construction oversight, closely monitoring the contractor’s adherence to schedule while ensuring all required inspections and testing are performed according to specifications. We maintain comprehensive as-built documentation and organize all testing data into an extensive deliverable package for submission to the City of Buckeye. This documentation will facilitate final approval and acceptance upon project completion. As the project advances, our team works diligently to ensure a seamless handover and successful implementation of this vital infrastructure upgrade.
