This project was conceived to create compact yet highly desirable accommodations tailored for active individuals and couples.

Designed as a podium-style structure, the building features three levels of wood-framed residential units atop a single-level, structural steel-framed parking garage. It comprises fifteen thoughtfully designed units, including a mix of 550-square-foot one-bedroom apartments and 900-square-foot two-bedroom apartments, providing efficient and comfortable living spaces that cater to modern lifestyles.
