The first phase of the Blue Horizons Elementary School, serving Kindergarten through 5th grade, opened in August 2021. Due to the district’s urgent need for the new school, construction was fast-tracked, with groundbreaking in February 2021 and completion just six months later, in time for the start of the school year. Grades six through eight were added in later phases as part of the overall development plan.

Located on a seventeen-acre campus, the school includes five buildings, playing fields, sports courts, and ample parking. Our firm provided comprehensive engineering services for the project. This included preliminary site planning, detailed design development, and the creation of construction documents such as the final site plan, grading and drainage designs, stormwater pollution prevention measures, and utility plans.

The new campus was a key addition to the Liberty Elementary School District No. 25, meeting both immediate educational needs and long-term community growth.
