In Buckeye, Arizona, this major industrial development has transformed approximately 180 acres into an employment hub. The project is 50% built out, with two cross-dock facilities totaling nearly 1.5 million square feet. Our team provided onsite grading, drainage, water, and wastewater design, as well as designs for offsite improvements to surrounding roadways and a mile-long public sewer main extension.
