Our team provided regional water master planning for 8,000 acres of proposed development, expanding the Apache Junction Water District system to serve 10,000 new homes and commercial uses. We developed a hydraulic model, identified future storage and booster pump facilities, and created tie-ins to existing and future water treatment facilities with redundant groundwater supply options.

The water campus design included a 3.4 MG potable water storage tank, a 9,000 GPM booster pump station, and a well. Infrastructure within Ironwood Drive comprised 4 miles of 30-inch and 1.5 miles of 24-inch water transmission mains, crossing the CAP canal and multiple stormwater facilities.

Our scope expanded to construction administration and inspection of the water storage tank, booster pump station, and associated facilities. The project was delivered through the CMAR approach.

Construction Management services included submittal/RFI reviews, progress meetings, field observations, inspections, schedule reviews, contractor payment approvals, and document controls for project conveyance and CFD reimbursement.
