Spurred by the rapid growth of the area, Green Oak Village Place provides a fulfilling shopping experience for the surrounding communities with a collection of local and national tenants and ease of access. At completion, the project had over 470,000 SF of leasable space, with restaurants and major retailers such as Dick’s Sporting Goods, TJ Maxx, DSW, Five Below, and JC Penney renting space.
