With over two decades of specialized experience in structural engineering and a B.S. in Civil Engineering from Pennsylvania State University, Vicki has successfully managed complex bridge, transit, and waterfront structure projects across steel and concrete design applications. Her expertise spans project management, technical coordination, and contract development for premier clients including NYSDEC, NYSCC, USACE, PANYNJ, LIRR, NYCEDC, NYSDOT, NYCDOT, and NYCT.
Vicki brings comprehensive skills in multi-disciplinary coordination, subconsultant management, permitting, and technical specification development. Her role encompasses the full project lifecycle—from initial planning and technical report completion through contract documentation preparation—ensuring seamless delivery of critical infrastructure projects that serve communities throughout the region.
Vicki’s transition from bridges and subway stations to water engineering came through a high-speed waterfront project that showcased the unique complexity of marine infrastructure—from ferry landings with varying water depths and geotechnical profiles to navigating multiple owners and permitting concerns across diverse sites.
