Hunold will lead the development and implementation of the firm’s sustainability strategy, translating enterprise priorities into measurable outcomes that support responsible environmental practices, a people-centered workplace experience, and strong governance standards.

Hunold brings extensive experience in sustainability and ESG strategy. She previously served as Senior Sustainability and Strategy Manager at Verdani Partners, where she partnered across functions to establish environmental targets, track performance, and drive initiatives in areas including climate resilience, decarbonization, and responsible business practices. Her background also includes developing Environmental Management Systems in alignment with ISO 14001, assessing ESG performance through benchmarking platforms such as GRESB and CDP, and delivering sustainability reporting in accordance with GRI standards. Hunold holds a Master of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Washington.
