As General Counsel, Brian leads the Legal Group at Colliers Engineering & Design. His primary responsibilities include balancing the Firm’s legal obligations with its strategic growth initiatives across the country. With more than three decades of experience as a General Counsel and in other corporate counsel positions, as well as in private practice, Brian has a long and successful history in multiple executive and senior-level roles, giving him a broad perspective in which to help the firm accelerate its success. He joined Colliers Engineering & Design in 2018 as its first General Counsel and has since developed the Legal Group here into a formidable team of lawyers and supporting legal staff.
Brian has received several recognitions as Colliers Engineering & Design’s General Counsel, including being honored with the NJ Leaders in Law Award from NJBIZ, one of the leading business publications in NJ and the Northeast (NJ Leaders in Law) and, in 2023, being recognized by Attorney Intel, a leading national publication for corporate counsel throughout the USA, in the Top 50 of NJ corporate lawyers, receiving a Top 10 Award (Top 50 Attorneys of NJ).
Brian is currently an active member of the Association of Corporate Counsel, the Vanguard General Counsel Forum, and the New Jersey and Pennsylvania State Bar Associations, serving on Committees in both state organizations, including on the Executive Board of the NJSBA Labor & Employment Section.
