Mark DeLor leads the Survey and Geospatial Division at Colliers Engineering & Design, overseeing operations nationwide across a team of more than 600 professionals. With more than 35 years of experience in land surveying, he has built a career on the kind of range that only comes from doing the work. His background spans boundary surveys, topographic surveys, right-of-way surveys for highway improvement projects, construction layout, aerial photo-control, bridge as-builts, and underground utility surveys.
What makes Mark effective goes beyond technical skill. He brings a strong operational and project management focus to the division, aligning teams, resources, and workflows to deliver consistent quality across a wide range of projects. His leadership emphasizes accountability, efficiency, and the ability to scale services while maintaining precision and reliability.
Mark has supervised GPS operations for establishing aerial control and primary traverse targets and has deep expertise in construction layout for utilities including storm sewer, sanitary sewer, water mains, and electrical infrastructure. He has also overseen layout for residential developments from foundation pinning through final survey. He is a licensed Professional Land Surveyor and Registered Land Surveyor.
Mark holds an A.A.S. in Surveying.
