Mr. Ponzio has spent more than 35 years helping to shape Colliers Engineering & Design into the firm it is today. Now serving as Executive Vice President, Chief Revenue Officer, and Senior Principal, he drives the firm's revenue growth strategy while aligning business development, strategic partnerships, and client engagement with the company's broader vision.

His influence reaches well beyond the top line. As former Chief Administrative Officer, Leo unified corporate service departments including Information Technology, Marketing, Workplace Services, Corporate Systems, and Learning & Knowledge into a cohesive structure that powered the firm through a period of rapid growth. He also led all mergers and acquisitions and managed the firm's insurance and lease programs, bringing operational discipline to the infrastructure behind the firm's expansion.

Leo’s roots at the firm are deeply technical. He built the Surveying Services division into a nationwide practice, championing the adoption of terrestrial LiDAR, mobile LiDAR, and Unmanned Aerial Systems while holding the team to rigorous quality assurance and quality control standards. That blend of innovation and precision has been a throughline in his career and continues to shape how the firm operates and grows.
