Mr. Raus leads the Buildings Division at Colliers Engineering & Design, directing a diverse, full-service team of architects, engineers, planners, landscape architects, and environmental professionals united by a shared commitment to exceeding client expectations. From pre-design and entitlement through construction inspection and commissioning, his group delivers comprehensive solutions for private and public clients across the country.
Andrew’s experience crosses a broad range of urban, rural, and regional initiatives, with particular depth in brownfield reuse, waterfront and downtown revitalization, land use and transportation, healthy living infrastructure, and large-scale water quality and restoration programs. He specializes in developing strategic and comprehensive master plans that require the coordination of multiple technical disciplines, bringing extensive facilitation and community engagement expertise to every project he touches.
What sets Andrew apart is a demonstrated ability to build consensus among competing interests, guiding stakeholders toward collaborative solutions that move projects forward. That skill, combined with his active involvement in numerous nonprofit and professional organizations, reflects a leader who is as invested in the communities the firm serves as he is in the work itself.
Andrew holds a Master of Regional Planning in Urban and Regional Planning from the University at Albany and a Bachelor of Science in Biology/Aquatic Ecology from West Chester University.
