We serve municipal, commercial, higher education, and public works clients across a wide range of facility types. That includes new construction and renovations for government buildings, schools and universities, water and wastewater treatment facilities, public safety buildings, commercial offices, and industrial operations. Our approach adapts to the specific operational demands of each facility type.

Sustainability is built into our design process from the start, not treated as an add-on. We use energy modeling and load analysis to identify opportunities to reduce consumption without sacrificing occupant comfort. That balance between performance and efficiency carries through every system we design, from HVAC and lighting to building automation and energy controls.

Commissioning is a systematic process for verifying that a building’s mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems are installed correctly and performing as designed. It catches issues that might otherwise go unnoticed until they affect comfort, efficiency, or equipment life. We also provide retro-commissioning for existing buildings, which evaluates how systems are performing relative to their original design intent and identifies opportunities for improvement.

Yes. Having mechanical, electrical, and plumbing engineering under one roof means these systems are designed together rather than in parallel by separate firms. That coordination reduces conflicts during construction, improves system integration, and gives clients a single point of accountability for all building systems.

Our electrical engineers work across voltage classes from 120V to 765kV, which means our capability extends well beyond typical building electrical. We provide power generation and distribution design, substation design and equipment upgrades, relay and protection systems, and renewable energy interconnection alongside building-level work like lighting, access control, arc flash analysis, and telecommunications.

Yes. Our engineers provide construction administration support to ensure that what gets installed matches what was designed. We also offer commissioning services at project completion to verify that all systems are operating as intended before the building is turned over to the owner. That continuity from design through startup helps avoid the performance gaps that can occur when different teams handle different phases.
