Shaping a Connected Mixed-Use Community in San Antonio
Located near the University of Texas at San Antonio, University Village is envisioned as a vibrant, master-planned development that brings together residential, commercial, and hospitality uses into a cohesive urban environment. Spanning 114 acres, the project is designed to create a walkable destination that supports how people live, work, and gather in a growing part of the region.
The development includes a diverse mix of uses, from multifamily housing and townhomes to office space, retail, restaurants, and a hotel. Early phases include Lyric at the Merc, a 300-unit residential community, along with additional townhome development, all contributing to a layered and active neighborhood that will continue to evolve over time.
Coordinating Infrastructure to Support Long-Term Growth
Our team is supporting the project through civil engineering, surveying, and ongoing coordination across multiple phases of development. Services include platting, stormwater management, traffic impact analysis, and water and wastewater design, along with utility coordination and roadway improvements that connect the site to the surrounding network.
In addition to design, we are providing project management and general engineering services to help guide the development forward efficiently. By aligning infrastructure planning with the broader vision for the site, the project establishes a strong foundation for a sustainable, connected community that will serve residents, businesses, and visitors for years to come.
