As part of the 2017 City of Cibolo Engineering On-Call, Colliers Engineering & Design was retained to evaluate traffic calming design solutions for 2,700 feet of roadway from FM 1103 to Flint Road. We prepared and participated in stakeholder meetings with City staff and the neighboring community as well as evaluated the corridor for traffic calming design solutions to include bike lanes, pavement marking upgrades, curb extensions, pedestrian mid-block crossing and performed all-way stop control warrant analysis to address speed concerns.
