Maser Consulting, a national multidiscipline consulting and engineering design firm, is pleased to announce that it has hired H. Allen Pope, PE as Geographic Discipline Leader for its Construction Engineering and Inspection (CEI) services. He is based in the firm’s Wilmington, NC office.

“Allen is bringing a wealth of experience to Maser that will help anchor our growing footprint and facilitate services to our clients,” said Paul K. Nolan, PE, CPWM, Discipline Leader for Maser Consulting’s Construction Inspection and Administration Division. “His main focus will be working with Department of Transportation (DOT) clients.”

Mr. Pope has over 36 years of transportation planning, construction, and maintenance experience. He built a 30-year career with the North Carolina Department of Transportation, during which time he held a wide variety of positions managing policy; complex engineering and construction administration; operational planning and implementation; management and oversight of budgets; construction, maintenance and preservation of infrastructure; conflict resolution; collaboration with internal and external customers; and natural disaster response.
