Today’s warehouses are essential to keeping businesses moving and supply chains connected. We design facilities that support efficient operations and long-term performance.
Maximizing your success with expansive warehouse designs
At Colliers Engineering & Design, we create expert warehouse designs that maximize capacity and efficiency while reducing operating costs and environmental impact in the process. For decades, our professionals have guided and worked closely with clients from initial concept design to project completion to develop long-term, customized solutions in meeting industry and rising business demands. Each distribution center/warehouse design and layout is customized to our clients’ specific needs, helping clients upgrade and expand existing operations to create an efficient new design.
Building sustainable solutions together
Using state-of-the-art automated systems, strategic design solutions, and last mile efforts, we succeed in meeting both the needs of our clients and facilities. As your committed business partner, we understand the important role these facilities play, the detailed design requirements needed to ensure successful operation, and the transportation connections vital to distribute products effectively. With our extensive experience, we have positioned ourselves as leaders in effective research, development, and manufacturing to support diverse facilities across the nation.
Our team uses a holistic, and forward-thinking approach with each warehouse project, always researching and staying ahead of our competitors to identify the best design solutions for our clients.
Warehousing Services
We provide expert design services to industrial facilities, manufacturing, and R&D companies.
Our Specialized Services
From concept development and design, through execution and project closure, our professionals navigate clients through all phases of development.
Sustainability in Design
To reduce our environmental impact, we implement numerous sustainable design features including insulated metal panel shell for continuous insulation, white thermoplastic polyolefin (TPO) roofing to reduce heat absorption; drive-in truck docks to eliminate traditional heat losses at truck docks doors; and an early suppression fast response (ESFR) sprinkler system to eliminate the need for poorly insulated heat/smoke vents in the roof.
