Giving back is part of who we are. Through the Colliers Engineering & Design Foundation, our employees support the communities where we live and work by sharing their time, talent and generosity. We believe our impact extends far beyond our offices and into the neighborhoods we serve. Guided by our Core Values, we strive to care for one another, act with integrity, and build strong, lasting relationships that help strengthen communities and create meaningful change.
Who We Are
The Colliers Engineering & Design Foundation is a registered charitable organization founded in 2014 by Executive Chairman Richard Maser. Powered by the time, talent, and generosity of our employees, the Foundation supports causes that create positive, lasting change in the communities where we live and work.
Since its founding, the Foundation has partnered with and supported more than 100 charitable organizations aligned with this mission. Employees give back through signature programs such as Charitable Fridays and Dollars for Doers, as well as special events and initiatives held throughout the year.
Together, these employee-led efforts reflect our shared commitment to service, collaboration, and making a meaningful impact beyond the workplace.
How We Give Back
Employee-Led Giving
Our giving starts with our people. Through programs like Charitable Fridays and Dollars for Doers, employees lead hands-on service efforts and receive support for the causes they care about most.
Charitable Fridays
Provide employees with the opportunity to spotlight a charity or nonprofit that is meaningful to them. The Foundation donates to the selected organization, funded entirely through employee payroll contributions, turning individual generosity into collective impact.
Dollars for Doers
Recognises colleagues who regularly volunteer in their local communities. When an employee contributes 30 or more volunteer hours annually to an eligible organization, the Foundation provides a financial donation to that organization, amplifying the impact of their time and commitment.

We are proud of the impact we’ve made together, from community-focused events to expanded opportunities for employee involvement. Guided by our core values, we continue to grow our reach and deepen our partnerships.
