Eugene Collings-Bonfill Joins Colliers Engineering & Design as Civil/Site Department Manager
Colliers Engineering & Design is proud to announce Eugene Collings-Bonfill, PE, PSM, MBA, DBIA, PMP, ENV SP, CFM, has joined the firm’s Miami office as the new Civil/Site Department Manager. Collings-Bonfill, a licensed Professional Engineer and Professional Surveyor & Mapper, brings more than 26 years of expertise in civil engineering, infrastructure planning, surveying, transportation, and public works management.
His arrival further strengthens Colliers Engineering & Design’s recent strategic expansion in South Florida, particularly following the addition of two senior transportation leaders in the Miami market. This growth highlights the firm’s dedication to addressing the region’s increasing infrastructure and civil engineering needs.
Collings-Bonfill has an extensive history of successfully leading transformative civil engineering and municipal projects throughout Miami-Dade County and the Southeast U.S., including significant roadway expansions, pedestrian bridge projects, and community-focused park and recreation developments. His distinguished career includes strategic collaborations with FDOT, Miami-Dade County, GMX, and numerous local municipalities, reinforcing his capability to manage complex projects and deliver impactful, community-centric results.
