Industry Veteran Joins as Project Manager for Telecommunications

Colliers Engineering & Design is pleased to welcome George Xenos, P.E., as Project Manager within the firm’s Telecommunications group. Xenos has over 20 years of experience in the telecommunications industry, with an extensive background in project management, engineering, and client leadership across wireless carriers, renewable energy developers, and infrastructure providers nationwide.

A graduate of the University of Kansas with a Bachelor of Science in Architectural Engineering, Xenos is a licensed Professional Engineer in Missouri, New Jersey, New York, Oregon, and Washington. Most recently serving as Associate Director of the Wireless and Renewable Energy Engineering team at Azimuth Engineering, where he oversaw the delivery of multidisciplinary projects supporting critical infrastructure development. Xenos’s expertise spans new tower builds, modification projects, small cell and DAS deployments, EV charging infrastructure, and other complex initiatives that connect communities and advance network expansion.

Prior to his time with Azimuth, Xenos held key roles with Black & Veatch, Network Real Estate LLC, and Tilson, where he led diverse project portfolios, built long-standing client relationships, and managed multi-market engineering teams, demonstrating his commitment to advancing telecommunications infrastructure and delivering exceptional value to clients.
